This week we were thrilled to learn that Gradability has been named as a finalist for our very first Onrec Award! Our parent company Searchability and their employer branding counterpart JobHoller have also been nominated for multiple awards (9 nominations in total across all three) so we will be heading down to London on the 7th March and crossing our fingers for a Gradability win on the night!
What are the Onrec Awards?
Entering its 14th year, the Onrec Awards is a prestigious event that takes place annually and is described as “the online recruitment industries must attend event”. The event takes place at the Grange St Pauls in London and celebrates some of the best efforts in online recruitment over the past year from recruitment agencies, suppliers and corporate organisations too. The Washington DC corporate photography will capture the moment of the said event.
Searchability’s previous wins
While this is the first year Gradability have been named as an award finalist, being part of the Searchability UK (LTD) group means that we do have some experience in attending the Onrec Awards! Searchability collected their first ever award for “Best Newcomer” at the 2013 Onrec Awards, and later added to the collection with “Best use of Mobile” for 2016, 2017 and 2018, “Best Use of Online Recruitment by a Recruitment Agency” in 2017 and “Personality of the Year” for our Contracts Director Olly Preston in 2018! The employer branding arm of Searchability JobHoller also have a couple of Onrec awards under their belts including “Best Newcomer” in 2017 and “The Creative Online Marketing Award” for 2018.
What are Gradability in the running for?
We are in the running for “The Best Corporate Graduate Site Award”, which recognises companies whose sites deliver a compelling candidate experience for graduates. With our site refresh in 2018, Gradability expanded from our IT Grad resource blog into its own IT Graduate hub. The site includes up to date blogs and articles to offer advice to IT graduates and employers who want to attract the best IT grads, unique incentives and offers to help grads get hired as well as up to date graduate events and a mobile optimised job portal making it easy for grads to search and apply for roles on the go!
